Agriturismo Molino Verde

Peacefully situated in the midst of the Umbrian countryside is this agriturismo with 6 modern apartments sharing a pool.

The holiday apartments are in between the two villages of Bastardo and Giano dell’Umbria. Bastardo is only a 5-minute drive away and offers a selection of bars, a large grocery store, a cash machine, and everything you need for your stay in Umbria. Giano dell’Umbria is a 10-minute drive and is a small and quaint hilltop town.

Its central location makes this agriturismo an ideal starting point to explore Umbria. The agriturismo produces olive oil, and truffles can be found on its grounds.

The swimming pool is 6 by 12 meters and 1.50 meters deep. On the premises is a barbecue for common use with a table and chairs overlooking the valley.

There are three apartments on the first floor with one bedroom each. The other three apartments are on the ground floor. The apartment near the pool has two bedrooms, and the other two have one bedroom. All 6 apartments are tastefully furnished in a modern style.

There is wifi, the windows have fly screens, and there is no television. In the basement is a washing machine for common use.

Driving distances from the agriturismo: Montefalco and Massa Martana 15 minutes, Bevagna 20 minutes, Foligno and Todi 30 minutes, Spoleto 35 minutes, Assisi and Perugia 45 minutes, Gubbio and Orvieto 1 hr, Rome 1 hour and 50 minutes, Florence 2 hrs and 30 minutes.

Note

The apartments Ginestra, Ciliegio, and Quercia have air conditioning. 

A small dog is welcome only after arrangement and after paying €50 per week.

A cot is available @ €50/week.

Note that there may be a tourism tax to pay. Since 2013, the local authorities in Umbria have been able to ask for this tax, which is not included in the price.

The swimming pool is available from half/end May, depending on the weather, to the end of September.
