Casale Trasimeno

Casale Trasimeno has eight spacious and comfortable apartments for rent, 6 with two bedrooms and 2 with one bedroom.

Situated just North of Lake Trasimeno, on the Umbria-Tuscany border, this is an ideal holiday home to explore both Umbria and Tuscany, or enjoy the large, quiet garden with olive trees and ample flat areas.

The Casale also has a swimming pool of 7 by 14 meters and from 1,10 to 1,50 meters deep. There are Roman stairs at the shallow end.

All kitchens of the apartments have a 4-pit gas cooker, oven, and a big fridge with a freezer. All windows have fly screening. All apartments have air conditioning. The pool is set in the middle of an olive grove, on a flat lawn that is well-maintained by the owners.

There is a spacious common room that can be used in case the apartments are rented by a group.

In Umbria: Tuoro sul Trasimeno 5 minutes, Castiglione del Lago and Passignano sul Trasimeno 15 minutes, Perugia 40 minutes, Assisi 50 minutes
In Tuscany: Terontola/Cortona railway station with direct trains to Rome and Florence 10 minutes, Cortona 20 minutes, Montepulciano 40 minutes, Siena 1 hr

Note

A dog is welcome after the specific consent of the owner. One pays an extra euro 50.

Use of the heating is possible from the end of September to the end of April and is charged based on consumption @ €5/m3.

During the holiday season, the apartments are only rented to one single group.
