Welcome to Agriturismo Sanventura, your tranquil retreat in the heart of Umbria, just a short drive from Città di Castello. There is one ground-floor apartment for rent. It has been thoughtfully designed in a rustic and rural style to help you unwind and escape daily stress.

Inside, you'll find two spacious bedrooms (each has a double bed and space for an extra single bed) and two bathrooms, each with a shower. The two bedrooms are connected, and each has direct access to the garden. One of the bedrooms can also serve as an independent studio apartment, separated from the main apartment. This is ideal if you are travelling with two couples or older children.

The living area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a large open fireplace. There is a 5-burner gas stove, dishwasher, oven, a large working space and a coffee machine. Next to the kitchen is the living room and the veranda.

This generous veranda serves as the dining area and seamlessly transitions between indoor comfort and the serene outdoors. The extensive garden is dotted with large, shade-giving trees, providing a cool respite on warm summer nights. It also features a dedicated BBQ area with a wood-fired pizza oven, a swing and hammocks, and garden furniture to enjoy the surroundings.

The outdoor highlight is the sparkling swimming pool, which measures 11 by 5 meters and has a depth of 1.50 meters. It offers breathtaking views over the Upper Tiber Valley and Città di Castello. 

Please note that the final 800 meters to the property is a gravel road – a rustic touch that enhances the countryside charm and the privacy of the location.

Practical amenities: enjoy reliable high-speed internet (29.5 Mbps download/2.5 Mbps upload), central heating, fly screens at the windows and fans for your comfort. Parking space is available on-site, and your furry friends are welcome against an extra charge.

Nearby, a 10-minute drive away, you can sample local cuisine at San Secondo’s charming "Macomé ristorante" or pop into the small local grocery shop for essentials. For more extensive services and larger supermarkets, Città di Castello is a 15-minute drive away.

A dog is welcome for an additional €50. Please let us know if you want to bring your dog.

The use of the heating is charged based on consumption, as well as wood for the open fireplace.

The swimming pool is open in June, July, August, and September.

Tourist tax to be paid upon arrival: €2/person > 14 years for 2 nights. For longer stays, the amount remains unchanged.
