Beautifully restored Borgo, an antique and very small village, with several holiday rentals sharing a panoramic pool. Each house has a private garden or terrace with views. The properties are a 10-minute easy drive from the medieval Spoleto. The antique borgo is set in unspoiled hills and easy to reach, yet peaceful and quiet. These vacation rentals are a real joy to be in and around. The restoration has been done with love for the environment, creating unique properties with all the comfort you need. The gardens are maintained up to the finest detail and are full of flowers and local herbs.

These authentic vacation homes close to Spoleto have a shared pool, table tennis, and table soccer (in a separate area of the garden). There is a barbecue area with a pizza oven. Recently, a private park has been added with tables and benches for a picnic, swings, a small soccer field, and a trampoline. 

Each house has a smart TV, WiFi, a hairdryer, a washing machine, an American coffee maker, and an espresso machine. The kitchens have dishwashers, ovens, 4 pit hobs, a toaster, fridge/freezer combinations, and all utensils needed to prepare a real Italian meal. All houses have air conditioning.

Each rental has a spacious private garden and/or terrace. Only the Casa del Vicolo has a balcony.

The particularly helpful couple that maintains the grounds is happy to be at your service, to make your holiday easy, relaxed, and as pleasant as possible.

Spoleto 10 minutes, Strettura 10 minutes, Marmore Falls 30 minutes, Foligno 30 minutes, Montefalco 30 minutes, Assisi 45 minutes, Perugia 1 hr, Norcia 50 minutes, Rome 1 hr and 30 minutes.

It is necessary to have a car when choosing to stay at Borgo Acquaiura.

There is a charging station for electric cars, against payment.

The use of the heating has to be paid in cash before departure and is 10% of the rental sum.

The tourism tax is included in the price, as well as bedsheets, towels, tablecloth, swimming pool, playground, tennis court, barbecue, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, parking, and 24-hour assistance (caretakers living in the Borgo).
