Casa Gemelli is divided into two ground-floor apartments, each suitable for 2+2 guests. This layout makes the villa perfect for four adults or two small families travelling together. Both apartments have been recently refurbished and are bright, practical and comfortable.

Comfortable interiors with air conditioning

Each apartment includes:
- A living room with a comfortable sofa bed
- A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction plate to cook, a microwave oven and a large freezer
- One double bedroom
- A bathroom with a shower

Both apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning and fly screens on the windows, ensuring a pleasant stay during the warmer months.

Outdoor living and shared terraces

The entrances to both apartments are located beneath a large covered terrace, shared by the two units. Here you’ll find generous dining tables and chairs, perfect for long meals together, breakfasts in the shade or relaxed evenings outdoors.

Behind the house is a second spacious terrace with a private swimming pool.

The swimming pool measures 7 x 3 metres and is 1.50 metres deep. It is furnished with sunbeds and enjoys a peaceful setting, overlooking the forest. This is an ideal spot to unwind, read a book or simply enjoy the silence and nature of the Umbrian countryside.
