At the heart of the garden is a large private swimming pool with a deep end and a springboard, surrounded by sun terraces and green lawns. On a higher terrace, a charming conservatory provides a quiet place to read or relax on cooler but sunny days.

Spacious main house with air conditioning in the bedrooms

The main house offers generous indoor spaces designed for comfort. On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with an open fireplace, a separate dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and a service toilet. There is WiFi access on the ground floor.

Upstairs are two very spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The second bedroom has two double beds and is ideal for families. A second bathroom with a bathtub is located in the corridor. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets in front of the windows.

Outdoor dining with lake views

In front of the villa is a covered terrace, perfect for relaxing in the shade, while to the side of the house, a large outdoor dining table invites you to enjoy long lunches and dinners outdoors. Dining while overlooking Lake Trasimeno is one of the highlights of staying at Villa dell'Oliveto. There is a barbecue.

Two independent apartments

To one side of the main house are two independent apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor. Each apartment includes a living area with a basic kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is one central air conditioning unit in the living area of each apartment to ensure a pleasant stay during summer. There are mosquito nets in front of the windows.

Ideal villa rental for families and groups

Villa dell'Oliveto can accommodate up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, and is an excellent villa rental for families at Lake Trasimeno. It is ideal for three or four couples or for two to three families travelling together who wish to share a holiday while maintaining privacy and independence. 

Close to Tuoro sul Trasimeno

The small village of Tuoro sul Trasimeno is only a five-minute drive away, with a couple of restaurants, two bars, a grocery shop, a pharmacy and two supermarkets. From here, guests can easily explore Umbria and Tuscany, returning each day to the comfort and tranquillity of their private hillside villa with pool.
