The villa

The house is spread over two floors and has been carefully restored, preserving its traditional character while offering modern comfort.

On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a television and Netflix, and a service toilet.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, all with air conditioning. Two are double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, and the third is a twin bedroom. The second bathroom is located in the corridor. Both bathrooms are fitted with showers. Mosquito nets are installed on the windows, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

Outdoor living

The terraced garden is one of the highlights of Villa Terzo San Severo. Carefully tended and full of Mediterranean character, it offers several pleasant spots to sit and enjoy the surroundings. To ensure the villa, garden, and pool are always kept in excellent condition, a friendly retired couple live in an independent apartment at the back of the villa. Their accommodation is completely separate, with a private entrance, and they do not access the guest areas.

One of them will welcome you on arrival and show you around the property. During your stay, you may occasionally see them while they take care of the garden and pool. They are discreet, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the area.
