Villa Valtopina

Near the small village of Valtopina, going up the hill is this modern holiday home that can accommodate 8 people in 4 bedrooms. There is a lovely private pool immediately in front of the house with ample covered terraces and a whirlpool.

The village of Valtopina is below the hill at 5 minutes' driving, with all you need for your first necessities: a grocery store, a bar, a restaurant, and a bank. At only 20 minutes is the town of Foligno with its shops, bars and cosy town centre. Foligno is quite a lively little town, not yet discovered by the masses of tourists. Every year, by the end of September, it hosts a famous food festival, the Primi d'Italia.

The modern Villa Valtopina is privately situated and has a pool with a covered terrace and bar to one side. There is a whirlpool behind the house. The chairs and sun beds are all of good quality. The pool measures 5 by 10 metres and is 1.20 metres deep.

The house

The villa Valtopina is 180 sqm, divided into 2 floors.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with a modern kitchen next to it. In the living room is a television with SkyTV. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, a gas cooker, a dishwasher and all the utensils you need to cook a meal for family and friends.

Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a sink and toilet, and a washing machine.

Going up the internal staircase are the four bedrooms. Three of these have a double bed, and one also has its own private balcony. The fourth bedroom has a comfortable bunk bed. Each bedroom has a fan.

On this floor is an extra-large bathroom with a spacious shower and a bubble bath for two people.

Heating from October 1st to May 1st = €20/day.

Tourism tax: €1 per person per night for 5 nights max. If you stay longer the price remains the same.

The pool is open from April through October.
